I love to travel for your big day!
Though please be aware that my contract requires you to cover travel and accommodation costs in addition to the fee for my services; ideally - I could do with being at your venue (or very nearby) the night before and night of your wedding. If your wedding is closer to my home, I will always have familiarised myself with the venue well in advance, at the right time of year and time of day, to have planned the best spots with light in mind for portraits.
A destination doesn't make this practical of course, so I always want to have done a recce the day before at the very least! And of course, "destination" is hopefully shorthand for that gorgeous, romantic, backlit direct sunset glow shot! 😉
